TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USE, REPRODUCTION, AND DISTRIBUTION

This build is of the current stable branch of the code updated with the ASP.NET MVC 1.0 release.

After a brief period of time for feedback and additional profiling the Spark 1.0 release will be created.
